Senior Analyst - Legal Operations

Elevate is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join our Legal Operations team. This is a remote based position located in the US.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Specifically, you will
• Deliver operational support and process improvement solutions to large corporate law department(s).
• Design, implement, and use metrics and analytical skills to identify, recommend, and implement tactical/strategic improvement opportunities.
• Participate and provide support in legal operation initiatives as needed.
• Support the department in broader client strategic initiatives as needed.
• Experience
• 3+ years experience as a business analyst/business consultant or similar finance/operations analytical roles.
• Experience working and communicating with legal departments and/or law firms a plus.
• Experience in supporting strategic, technology, or operational improvements to an organization a plus.
• Skills For Success
• Running and reporting metrics for a team or department.
• Excellent data skills and ability to use a variety of methods to analyze data.
• Have excellent communication and project management skills.
• Capable of working on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team to support customer initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required.
• Experience with leading legal operations systems(e.g., e-billing, contract management, e-signature) and/or business intelligence and reporting tools a plus.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation is helpful.
• Flexibility and interest in learning the wide variety of solutions that Elevate delivers, including our industry-leading Cael legal app suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or comparable years of experience in an operational role.

Compensation

US national salary range: $65,000-$85,000. The range is based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
