Sales consultant – Amsterdam – Fulltime

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to spearhead our customer's success stories and help scale up Weagree's growth. As our Sales consultant, you will be responsible for the global adoption of Weagree's leading contract management and clm solution ‘Weagree Wizard’. So, generating leads, signing on new customers, and supporting existing customers in successfully implementing Weagree Wizard within their organisation.

Legal professionals - Lawyers, ex-lawyers, senior paralegals, and executives are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience (b2b) - customer success, inside sales, (b2b) relationship management and similar roles, or relevant experience in the legal sector
  • A self-starter, a doer with a hands-on mentality and ready to roll up the sleeves
  • A natural communicator and a problem solver
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Dutch and other languages are a big plus
  • Experience with project management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Based in (Amsterdam) the Netherlands

Your key responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will help co-design our sales strategy for retaining and growing our customer base globally, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with our customers, listening to their needs, evaluating expectations and translating them into Weagree’s services
  • Advising customers on how to implement and adopt ‘legal tech’ successfully
  • Undertaking the entire sales cycle from developing leads or responding to RFPs to deal closure and onboarding customers (together with us)
  • Accelerating customer success through exceptional customer experiences that engage, retain, and upsell existing customers.
  • Assisting in recruiting, hiring and coaching new sales talent in the future
