Cribl is expanding its Office of General Counsel to meet Cribl’s rapidly growing needs. The Legal Operations Analysts will be responsible for enabling the productivity of our Office of General Counsel through cross-functional program implementation, matter management, and operational support. These roles report to the Senior Legal Operations Manager.


What You’ll Accomplish

  • Process and route legal review requests from the business;
  • Review and screen contracts for obligations and risk, including sales and licensing contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor contracts;
  • Use standardized legal review and risk-assessment processes, and use contract and matter management tools and software;
  • Assist with organizing, managing, and archiving legal documents;
  • Review, enable, and support legal counsel as needed in progressing outstanding matters to resolutions;
  • Conduct research as requested by legal counsel;
  • Assist with compliance processes and tools to screen customers, vendors, and employees for import/export control purposes;
  • Coordinate and assist with internal employees, People Support, and outside counsel/legal teams on matters related to People, such as visa applications or other international support;
  • Coordinate, distribute, and route internal and external corporate, compliance, and intellectual property documents and filings;
  • Assist with and coordinate litigation processes or matters;
  • Coordinate with other internal legal teams on operational and other cross-functional issues, including the Corporate, Compliance, International, People, and Product Support teams; and
  • All other responsibilities, duties, functions, and activities as assigned.


What You’ll Bring

  • Paralegal or legal operations experience working within legal or compliance departments/functions of an organization or law firm;
  • Experience collaborating with or supporting other cross-functional teams in a legal operations/support role;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
  • Experience using business and legal operations systems such as Salesforce, Xakia, Ironclad, and Zoom;
  • Experience with using office software and services such as Box and Box Drive, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Exposure to, experience, or familiarity with terms commonplace in the technology or data processing space;
