Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

SurePoint is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast paced, growing organization. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, building/maintaining, and executing digital communications initiatives in alignment with the goals of the overall marketing team to drive leads and strengthen the SurePoint brand. Your focus will be driving website traffic, overseeing PPC channels, delivering the right audiences to the right content at the right time as well as generating excitement around webinars, events and other projects designed for legal professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and program email campaigns in coordination with the content marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Diligently track, analyze, and report on website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaign progress
  • Strengthen SEO/SEM/SERP results with a strategy for growing SurePoint’s online presence
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to measure success
  • Administrate website CMS and various marketing platforms
  • Optimize landing pages for SEO and user experience
  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
  • Research and analyze competitive marketing intelligence
  • Work closely with content manager to maximize impact of collateral
  • Monitor industry activity/trends and competitor intelligence
  • Organize and track various projects to stay on schedule
  • Assist in the strategy and execution of trade shows and other events 
  • Have your voice heard in marketing strategy meetings          
  • Support internal and outbound communications regarding product launches         
  • Perform research and analysis to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist with event marketing and PR initiatives
  • Manage third party partner relationships
  • Track and analyze campaign data with an eye toward improving on every campaign

  • Experience building and managing PPC/PPM campaigns
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Enjoy identifying and resolving complex problems
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and other marketing tools
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Experience managing websites and building landing pages
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excited to learn new systems and techniques
  • Internal communication, timeline management and project prioritization are critical
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written   
  • Capacity to establish and report on campaign outcomes     
  • Experience with sales pipelines and client lifecycles
  • Understanding of online advertising and marketing principles, including search (both Paid and Organic) optimization, display, email, and social 
  • Confidence to share ideas and critiques with the rest of the team
  • Ability to generate timelines, estimate costs, and report outcomes


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years proven work experience in B2B digital marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred)
  • Demonstratable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Pardot, Google Adwords, LinkedinAds and WordPress (preferred)
  • Minimal travel required (~10%)
