About The Role

In this dynamic role you will be working with a range of stakeholders understanding their requirements and discovering opportunities for improvement across workstreams such as the contract lifecycle process and marketing claims process. You will driving efficiencies and supporting best practices across our large legal team on all aspects of legal tech applications and handling ad-hoc queries from within the team and wider business, including:

  • Helping to manage, review, and improve processes and technology used by the Legal Team
  • Working with multiple teams and stakeholders to help deliver projects
  • Supporting the management of outside counsel

With experience of working with technology and an understanding of the legal environment you will be a curious problem solver who enjoys supporting improvements and change. A natural at building relationships, you will also have:

·      Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (including the Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and/or HighQ, or similar technology.

·      Experience of working in a legal team (either in a law firm or in-house)

·      Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines

·      Strong initiative, and great attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·      A desire to learn and develop in the role
