Many law firms have experienced the benefits of Soluno and our business has grown exponentially to the point where we need to grow our sales development team. As a Soluno Sales Development Rep (SDR) you will prospect via outbound leads to qualify and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of our business. You will participate in different sales activities and will have the opportunity to learn the processes of a law firm and a best in class sales organization. Soluno is dedicated to providing ongoing one-on-one personal training and coaching. Here you will have the opportunity to develop skills in all aspects of sales: prospecting, messaging, communication and closing.

What You’ll Do

  • Outbound prospecting and maintaining a high level knowledge of the benefits of Soluno
  • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through lead follow up
  • Maintain a high call volume into target accounts with the intent to qualify leads and create a strong sales pipeline
  • Document, update and maintain all sales activity in CRM system, including data discovery tied to initiatives
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Create awareness and boost interest by participating in marketing campaigns and customer outreach events
  • Understand key practice areas, prospect needs, competitive differentiators, and be able to eloquently discuss the Soluno value proposition
