For this new stage of BIGLE LEGAL we are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Success Manager.
You will work closely with our highly experienced Chief Project Officer to deliver a high quality service to our clients. You will have an incredible impact and you will see the results of your efforts every day. We rely on you to take our Customer Success Department to the next level, lead customer service and achieve our goals of sales growth and churn reduction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Customer Success Manager your duties will consist of:
● Continuous improvement of Customer Success Department processes to
deliver excellent customer service and ensure efficient use of resources.
● Regular follow-up with customers to understand their current use of the tool,
their future needs, and detect upsale opportunities.
● Closing upsales contracts to reach set targets.
● Actively helping customers to achieve their objectives, especially customers at
risk of churn, thereby contributing to our customers' success and reducing
churn.
● Leadership and supervision of the customer support team.
● Establish indicators to measure the services provided by the Customer
Success Department and make data-driven decisions.
EXPERIENCE
In order to successfully develop your role at Bigle Legal, we believe you need the
following:
● Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Success (or similar) in a company
offering SaaS services.
● Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Executive and/or Sales
Consultant.
● Experience leading and supervising a team.
● Excellent customer communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
● Persuasion, motivation and negotiation skills.
● Ability to devise solutions and solve problems, keeping calm and showing an
excellent attitude.
