As Head of Product at PocketLaw, you will play a key role in our success. You will work closely with sales, marketing, design, and tech to change the legal industry.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can oversee the planning and execution of our Company's product strategy aimed at driving customer satisfaction and growth
drive strategy for product development and growth
- Can set an inspiring vision, strategy and metrics for product on which you create buy-in and alignment throughout the team
- Can do research and understand markets, competition, and user requirements in-depth
- Can lead build and lead a cross-functional team
- Can hire top talent for the product organisation
- Is excellent in time management and organisational skills
Who you are:
- 3+ years Software Product Management experience leading a cross functional team
- Has a commitment to overachievement - you have a “never-quit”-attitude and get a buy-in to overachieve against targets regardless of the challenges being faced
- Is excellent in time management and organisational skills
- Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
