Our Mission

SLT is an Italian Startup offering consultancy and education services in the fields of legal innovation and legal technology with the purpose of integrating efficiency and digital transformation in legal teams. We are on a mission to make legal and administrative processes better. For everyone.

Our story

Sweet Legal Tech (SLT) started as an educational think-tank in 2018. Since then, we took our time to map, study, and test several legal technologies by providing courses on Legal Tech in Italy (first) and in Europe (then).

In 2019, some of our partners started to see us as trusted advisors and asked us to help with their digital transformation: that’s why in 2020 we started offering consulting services. We also provide some free resources such as our EU Legal Tech Map.

About the role

As a Sales Development Reperesentative your role will be to nurture relationships with potential customers, book SLT product and services demonstrations and collaborate to the development of our CRM. You will be working in close collaboration with the CEO and marketing team. The position is a great opportunity to join, influence and impact a startup company with rising organisational and development opportunities. You will become a key part of the team, and your work will have a direct influence on the revenue growth of the company.


What are you going to do?

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification, to closing and upselling through the negotiation phase.
  • Work closely with the CEO in order to meet and exceed set sales targets.
  • Engage all parties necessary to bring the negotiation to a successful conclusion in the most effective manner.
  • Develop the best sales strategy.
  • Study the market in detail, looking for new business opportunities.

Who we are looking for

  • Someone with perfect proficiency in Italian and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Someone with at least +2 years of experience tech sales, preferably with a focus on selling to legal professionals.
  • Someone with legal interests that go beyond the application of rules.
  • Someone with tech-savviness, able to autonomously work on Software or with the right attitude to learn by themselves.
  • Someone who is eager to learn more about legal data analysis, machine learning, automated drafting and other legal tech applications.
  • Someone who is precise and focused in their work.
