To strengthen our Legaltech & Innovation Team in Zurich, we are looking for an employee with legal training and proven knowledge and initial professional experience in the field of legaltech or technical training and proven experience in the use of legaltech in law firms or legal departments.

With us you will find a motivating environment with flat hierarchies and a collegial and communicative atmosphere. On your projects, you will work closely with colleagues from the Legaltech & Innovation team. This is based on the conviction that a regular exchange, especially with topics where there is no long-standing experience, is extremely valuable and that a team produces significantly better results than individual people. In addition, your tasks are very interdisciplinary and you work regularly with external stakeholders (e.g. providers of legaltech applications), our IT team, colleagues from marketing and our lawyers from all areas of practice. You will actively help shape MLL's Legaltech orientation and take on responsibility for various projects in this area.

Your tasks include in particular:

  • Independent management of legal tech projects, from the idea to implementation, e.g. in the areas of document and process management, document automation, document analysis, transaction management, legal research, etc.
  • Collaboration on the strategic direction of MLL in the area of ​​legal tech.
  • Monitoring the developments in the legaltech market, including the ongoing testing, evaluation and documentation of legaltech applications, as well as regular reporting to the responsible partners.
  • Contact person for external legaltech questions.
