As a Business Development Representative in Bounsel, you will be joining a young and fast-growing team. You will book product demos and build relationships with potential clients. You will be working in close collaboration with both, the sales team and the marketing team.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify sales leads by being an exceptional first point of contact for the client.
  • Spot business opportunities for Bounsel by being super active in prospecting the market.
  • Own multi-channel outreach and run rigorous qualification of prospects through discovery calls.
  • Understand the needs of our potential clients and clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Hubspot.
  • Work closely with the marketing team in developing new ways to improve the sales funnel.

Must have

  • People skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of B2B solutions sales cycle.
  • Autonomy, initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A goal-oriented and energetic person with strong character and drive.
  • Legal knowledge or professional experience in the legal industry.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in other languages.
  • Previous international experience.
  • Good IT skills and interest in legal tech.
  • Previous experience working in a B2B startup selling SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of success within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM.
