Associate, Legal Operations at is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join our in-house Legal team to support business priorities, growth and expansion. This role reports to the Legal Operations Manager.

In this role, you will support a range of activities to streamline work and improve productivity within the Legal team, as well as working with cross-functional teams to help streamline their interactions with the Legal team. Along with supporting the development of new processes/technology, you will ensure that current Legal processes and tools are working as they should.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administration of CLM tool and legal ticketing system.
  • Development into the initial point of support for legal system issues or queries.
  • Support the Legal team with invoice queries and support development of streamlined legal billing processes.
  • Assist with training for the business and Legal team on best practices for using legal tools.
  • Support and manage various ad hoc projects within the team, as needed.
  • Partner with Legal Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve processes, share best practices, and improve efficiency with the Legal team’s organisational structure, systems, technologies and controls.

About You

  • Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with legal technology would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • High level of written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be open-minded, proactive and willing to accept new challenges
