We are looking for a highly driven sales professional with a hunter attitude, who is ready to lead the growth of a SaaS legal tech business from opening to closing. Responsible for ambitious sales targets, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and form a key part of the team developing and executing sales strategies that overachieve the objectives of the company at large. 

 

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Provide clients with post-sales implementation, training and ongoing account management
  • Consult with new and existing businesses in order to achieve sales targets, maximise revenue and attract new clients
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Ensure CRM system is kept up to date
  • Make appointments to meet with existing clients to increase sales revenue


About you:

  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet increasing work challenges, KPI’s and outcomes
  • Confident in developing and maintaining ongoing working relationships with others requiring interaction and mutual support
  • High sense of ownership over responsibilities to complete tasks
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Possess strong problem solving and analytical abilities that fuel your strategic decision-making
  • Able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in-person and virtually
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments with the ability to maintain effectiveness and diligence 
  • Coachable attitude, with a drive to always develop new skills and competences


Knowledge and experience:

  • Proven record in B2B sales
  • Competency working with computers and applications software
  • Proven relationship sales performance
