Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word as the standard way to do contracts. And we'll need a lot of help doing it**.**

Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.

We must build a healthy pipeline of companies that need Juro to solve their pains. To do that, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) motivated to nurture a career in tech sales and grow into our next Account Executive (AE) within a year.

This is a great opportunity for you if you:

  1. ๐ŸŒฑ want to **grow rapidly** in a sales role (BDRs progress into AEs within ~12 months),
  2. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Are motivated by hitting targets and the return it brings you (once an AE, you jump to **ยฃ90k earning potential**),
  3. ๐Ÿ’ฅ want to have a **measurable impact** on a small, growing software business (50 Jurors and counting).

Be the **gatekeeper** for Juro. You will identify and qualify sales leads by being a trusted and empathetic first point of contact for prospects. Your mission is to **spot opportunities** for Juro to tackle the kinds of fundamental problems that keep our customers up at night. This means:

  1. Consistently meet your target number of sales opportunities each month.
  2. Own multi-channel outreach + run rigorous qualification of prospects through discovery calls.
  3. Be super active prospecting the market and engaging contacts.

We also work through a 90-day plan with everyone who joins us as Business Development Representative to gradually get you up to speed with our platform and your targets, making sure you will visibly hit our bottom line.

Joe, our BDR Manager, will mentor you personally so you never feel like a cog in the machine like you might at larger organisations (the feeling usually creeps up at 200+ employees). You're part of a small, nimble team of (so far) 7 BDRs and 5 AEs that will help you out.
