Head of Product

We are woking on a SaaS-based risk management solution for SMBs, aiming to solve the problem lots of SMBs face – that they don’t have the right resources to effectively assess and mitigate risks.

We have validated the initial concept and are now looking to begin development of our first product, starting in January 2021. The venture will be run as a collaboration between Co-Created with Prehype, and one of our corporate clients. We are looking for a Product Lead who will be a key part of the founding team and take ownership of product development from the outset.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting the product vision from the outset
• Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to shape initial product requirements, features and product priorities
• Developing a deep understanding of our target customer and advocate for the best product user experience on their behalf, through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
• Work with Co-Founders to create product roadmap
• Managing an outsourced tech development agency (agency already chosen) including: o Working closely with the tech team on product sprints, providing them with relevant user stories and providing context behind these user stories o Reviewing sprints and feeding back to our team o Conducting stand-ups and retrospectives with tech team

Requirements

• 5+ years or more experience in Product Management, preferably in early-stage SaaS businesses
• Engineering or development background preferred
• Experienced in agile development
• Understanding of the basic types of AI technology
• Experience managing outsourced tech teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Experienced working with Office365, Jira, and Trello a plus
