What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Product Designer, you will work closely with Product, Customer and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and problems to generate relevant design solutions. You will bring creative flair, a keen eye for detail and consistency, a strong understanding of design principles and significant previous experience working on complex B2B SaaS based platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the product manager to understand customer needs and problems
• Create user-flows and UI designs that help solve those problems
• Test usability with customers and feasibility with engineers to iterate quickly towards designs we can build
• Articulate the underlying rationale of your process, explorations and conclusions
• Ask insightful questions, champion new ideas and help drive a disciplined and consistent approach to design
• Contribute to strategic decision making around design and user experience
• Translate concepts into high quality user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to user experiences that attract, engage and retain customers.
• Create and maintain a style guide to drive consistency across the platform.

What You Bring to the Team:

• You’re passionate about user-centred design and creating great product experiences.
• 3+ years working as a product, UX or interaction designer (or similar role)
• You’re a strong listener and communicator, able to understand and negotiate to meet objectives
• Proven experience as a Product Designer within a SaaS based product environment
• Strong portfolio of product design projects
• Experience working in multidimensional teams alongside Product Managers and Software Engineers
• Proficiency with industry tools (e.g, Figma, Miro)
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• An analytical mind with business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
